The News...

I watch 2 News podcasts at work everyday. I don't know why I do it. Listening to the news only makes me paranoid and sad. They only report crappy things! Why people? Why? I KNOW there has to be good news somewhere. crap!

I'm nasty.

I have to change my life. That's it! Tomorrow, I'm a new woman. A woman who makes healthy choices people! I was totally gross today. I don't usually eat like this, so I'm especially disgusted with myself.

I didn't eat breakfast.
Got to work late.
It was a coworker's bday and she passed out cupcakes.

I can't front, it was delicious.

So then it was about 11:30ish and I was starving. As I waited for my boss to be ready (we decided on burgers), I did the unthinkable and walked over to the machine and bought a TWIX!

If it makes it any better, I only ate one bar.

Then we went and bought a burger and fries.

and i couldn't eat that without a...

um...I only drank 1/4 of it.

THEN, as if it wasn't bad enough. It gets worse...I walked over to the machine again....and....


So then I took the train to the mall and...I NEVER DO THIS...walked into the Dunkin Donuts for a...

Have I said enough? Salad. For the rest of the month. I'm serious. NO BURGERS!!!! NO SODA (ok, lets not get crazy), VERY LITTLE soda, and no vending machine! I am buying yogurt and fruit.

I made a Merengue song...

A Merengue song can be made out of pretty much anything (we’ve all heard the Potamkin Honda song). Edwin and I made a merengue song. Ok, I forced Edwin to participate in my merengue song. It started because I was looking for my purse. Cartera=purse in spanish. Please, sing along. It goes a lil something like this...

N sings: “Y mi cartera?”
E asks: “a ‘onde ‘sta?”
N sings: “Y mi cartera?”
E asks: “a ‘onde ‘sta?”

N: “Esta en el baño?”
E: “Alli no esta”
N: “Esta en la cama?”
E: “Alli no esta”
N: “Esta en la escuela?”
E: Alli no esta”

You cannot imagine the level of amusement this provided. Also, it was freakin hilarious and surprisingly Good! hahaha

Omg, wait, I’m a genius, you could also ask:

N: “Y mi bandera?”
You: A ‘onde ‘sta?”
Then you go and shout out countries and they have to stay “Aqui esta”
